Back in 2006, I had a very bad experience with the family court in Broward County. I was railroaded and treated unfairly by the Magistrate. My evidence substantiating that I was not a deadbeat dad was overlooked. The Court imposed child support with high arrearages. I appealed locally to no avail. My prose motions were denied. I appealed to the District Court in 2010 and the case was overturned in 2012. For 8 years, Broward County refused to obey the high court's order to grant me a new hearing. Then in March 2020, 4 years after my daughter had reached the age of maturity, I was granted a hearing. The Court, Attorney General, and DOR continued to play games and deny me due process. I couldn't take it anymore and God blessed me to find Bruce. He was experienced, compassionate, responsive, and strategic. Bruce stood in the fire for me and like a pitbull he was persistent and AWESOME! We won!!! He was able to have over 85% of my balance wiped out. He saved me a chunk of cash!!!!!

Worst attorney ever - takes your money up front then says he can’t do anything that I don’t have a case - hired another attorney- went to court once and won- took him to small claims court and got most of my money back ! Don’t hire he’s a con man!
Hired Bruce Warner to doing me divorce. He only take of the money he can charge but he don’t care of his client. He has for all a excuse and give me a feeling i have not to use his time. He never take calls and answer only messages, when he have no other chance. I have to handle me DIVORCE process alone. I have to talk with me wife and this situation make this more horrible. He will do anything for money but nothing for his client. His answer of questions is, what all is to do, but he doing nothing for this what I have paying him. He will never give you copy’s of all the documents and emails the belongs to the file. He did not come to the last hearing because he did not have the courage to explain his behavior to me. He has sent a representative. I'd better not comment on that.
