Juliette mediated for us in our second attempt at mediation in a year. She came across as considerate, intelligent and collaborative. My first mediation was with a different mediator who was ok but I believe Juliette was definitely better. After the first mediation my wife accepted and then reneged on a deal, fired her attorney I had willingly paid for, and went and found one of the sleazier attorneys she could to try to cause drama and never during the year did she so much as even communicate what she wanted. She continued to recklessly attack even as one of my children developed severe mental health concerns. Thus, I wasn’t expecting anything positive to happen in the 2nd mediation but I remained open to the possibility and prayed for it, and it succeeded. Thank you Juliette for a job well done.
Without getting too specific Katherine was my attorney for a tough divorce. After spending over 50K in which she really did not get much done, she decides to argue over $500. Not what I call good business or the way to treat a CLIENT. This business of divorce is about people but so many times some people just making it about money.
