Very bad, very inconsiderate and hard to work with. Didn't realize it till much later I had a very easy case for dismissal due to my status and basically handed him a easy win only for him to up and quit with no notice or advice on what happens as I'm approaching the end of my case. Also the pretrial made a mistake that ended up giving me a warrant for over a week that I was not aware of and nor did Ben or the firm reach out to tell me. I had to find out myself. Very unprofessional and lack of care for their clients especially the easy cases. Would not recommend my case is extended now because he just up and quit.
