Hired Attorney Mr. Daniel Aaronson

Came on very strong at interview, but lied on what he was going to do and handled case. Mr Aaronson wrote a bland and non effective appeal, was not available to my nephew for phone calls and basically started to demand more money while waiting for appeal to be answered by court which had nothing to do by our arrangement. He, looking back now, took our money and did very little. Daniel Aaronson was a big waste of time and I wouldn't recommend for anyone except my enemies.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Benjamin

Honestly I was fighting for my life which made this experience very scary. This attorney basically ignored me. He knew of an arrest that was going to take place yet he didn’t tell me about it and the prosecutor that he had been in contact with chose to arrest me at my house. At that point I felt like I had to fight this in my own way. To this day I am suffering with PTSD over this experience. Obviously there is a ton more to explain but I can’t in this context.
