Hired Law Firm

"Disappointing Experience with High Fees, Limited Progress, and Communication Issues" I hired Behar, Gutt & Glazer based on their initial assurances and a quoted fee of $7,500. However, within a few months, my bill had escalated to more than triple that amount—about $30,000—without prior warning or any indication that the original retainer was nearing depletion. This was a significant surprise, as I had expected better communication regarding any additional costs before they were incurred. Throughout my case, communication was inconsistent and usually only initiated when a new payment was due. Despite my efforts to reach out for updates and instructions, responses were often delayed or minimal, leaving me feeling in the dark about the status of my case. When I did receive responses, they focused more on billing than on case strategy or progress.
