Kathryn is thorough, and gets the job done. She is straight forward and works tirelessly to resolve your case. Her expertise in handling parties with high conflict personalities was effective, and much needed for my case.
I have immensely enjoyed working with Kathryn Lonowski and her team. She had gone above and beyond for me during the most difficult times of my divorce. She will fight for you and always has your best interest in mind. She knows the laws inside and out and will always keep negotiating until her clients are satisfied. I've been working with her for 3 years on the same case and she always gives her best and most professional work. I would not ever seek a different lawyer for a family matters case because Kathryn is absolutely the best!
Kathryn Lonowski was generous with her time involved in my estate planning. She was knowledgeable and able to clearly explain the nuances of the law. She articulated her rationale for her recommendations and was patient with answering questions.
I am very happy to have had Kathryn Lownowski on my side in family court. She was referred by a friend for being the best in family law and a bulldog in court. I came to her with a highly contested custody dispute and she was able to take my case right away. She won my relocation case and my results are beyond what I hoped for. I recommend getting her counsel early and taking any advice she can offer. She is a fantastic lawyer who I cannot recommend enough.
Quickly completed and responsive to requests and changes was pleasure working with. No trouble recommending him to work with
Very evenly tempered and patient. I have known this firm for over 25 years. Robin Wick, Esq. is an exceptional attorney, only hiring the most competent and trustworthy. If Mr. Wick has confidence regarding Mr. Samelson's abilities, you better believe I have as well. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Samelson's professionalism and interest in handling my legal matters.
Michael is a wonderful person , he answers calls on time or gets back to you as soon as possible , he has documents on time , at the office all staff is very profecional , I took my granfather to get documents signd and notarized , due to him being unable to go in the office because of the stairs , Michael and his team made the signing of documents out the office in our car , that was a very wonderful gesture of him and the Team !!! I recommend this law firm and specially Michael to work on anyone that needs Legal Help!!!
Mr. Samelson was very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and explained everything I needed to know about my unique situation with an updated will and power of attorney. The process of filling out all the forms and questionnaire seemed time-consuming and inconvenient at first, but it all came together with the completion of all the legal paperwork involved in my situation. It seemed a bit expensive in my opinion in the beginning, however, after everything was completed to my satisfaction it was worth the cost to have peace of mind knowing how my estate will be taken care of if I become incapacitated or pass away. I will use Mr. Samelson and this firm again in the future if needed.
Kathryn and her team were keenly organized, proactive and thorough. My divorce was treacherous. Hopefully some aren't. But for those that may be or even if they are not, Kathryn and her team can navigate through it competently. Her decades of experience in Larimer County provide ample expertise. She doesn't sugar coat, so get yourself a therapist for that :). She'll candidly, succinctly provide options based on case law and local experience and as most who have been through divorce know, this may not always feel/be "right", but it is reality. I would suggest a friend use her and I rarely do reviews or recommendations. Best of luck to you if you are starting out on this road.
Kathryn Lonowski has been a great lawyer, she is honest and truthful, and will fight for you hard, while also keeping you informed of what is actually reasonable in your specific case. She's not just after your money, she truly fights and works hard for you. She has a great team beneath her, they all respond quickly and concisely, explaining things clearly for those of us who do not understand the legal system. If you're looking for a fantastic family lawyer, she is the one.
