Hired Law Firm

I have legal insurance, my coverage states no out of pocket cost. I contacted The Salas law firm as they are listed as a covered law office. After a phone consult Ron Salas agreed to take the traffic case, which was just a speeding ticket. Mr Salas sent me an agreement to sign that stated he would only appear in court 3 times, and that I needed to pay him $50 dollars for incidentals and if the case was not resolved after the 3 court appearances it would be $1500. Stay away from this firm !!!!!!
