Hired Attorney

I had the privilege of working with Margaret over the course of five years while serving as the Personal Representative of a large and complex estate. Throughout that time, she was consistently professional, efficient, and an excellent communicator. She worked tirelessly- often after business hours and even on weekends and holidays. I will be forever grateful for her guidance, dedication to excellence, and expertise.

Hired Attorney

Margaret was my mother's attorney and also for the PR following my mother's death. She blatantly violated her fiduciary duties in numerous ways, but specifically when she did not distribute a copy of the codicil to beneficiaries for nearly four years. Communication with the beneficiaries was extremely lacking. I would not recommend using Margaret if she were the last attorney left on the planet.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
