Our committee retained Jeff Cullers to draft the documents required to terminate our Homeowners Association and to help us with the process. Although our first attempt has been unsuccessful due to a lack of response from the other owners, we are very pleased with his help and guidance. We plan to try again after a campaign to increase interest in the effort. If our campaign is successful, we plan to use his services again. Working with Jeff was a pleasure. His documents were as clear to laypeople as is possible with legal documents. His advice was clear and concise.
