Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Cullers

Our committee retained Jeff Cullers to draft the documents required to terminate our Homeowners Association and to help us with the process. Although our first attempt has been unsuccessful due to a lack of response from the other owners, we are very pleased with his help and guidance. We plan to try again after a campaign to increase interest in the effort. If our campaign is successful, we plan to use his services again. Working with Jeff was a pleasure. His documents were as clear to laypeople as is possible with legal documents. His advice was clear and concise. He was open to suggestions and his explanations for why some of the suggestions would not work were clear and well founded. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Cullers

Working with Jeff was a great experience. Jeff is very knowledgeable about Real Estate Law. Jeff was responsive, was able to communicate all of my options in a manner I could understand. Once I made up my mind which direction I wanted to pursue Jeff immediately took action. I was able to negotiate a settlement that I felt was far. Highly recommend!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
