He is a liar and a thief. He will take your money and then do nothing for you. That's what he did to me. I paid him $10,000 to represent me and he did absolutely nothing. He told me he would refund part of my money if the DA dropped the charges. The DA dropped the charges and he will not call me back to discuss my refund. He is TRASH!!!
I hired Erik Fischer on a first time DWAI charge. He promised he could make it go away, or at the very least have the charges reduced. In reality, he negotiated a guilty plea with the ADA without my knowledge or my consent. He never showed up for the court date; instead, he sent an associate who was just as shocked as I that there had been no prior communication with me. Additionally, he told me he could have my record expunged, which is simply not possible in Colorado. This man is a poor excuse for an attorney. Stay away.
