My case was fully dismissed by the DA and the record sealed. From day one Eric believed that I was 100% innocent of the charges and knew the "alleged victim" was lying. To that end he used his long experience and broad expertise with the court - all of whom knew him as a consummate professional - to get my case vacated...especially considering it is very difficult to disprove a negative. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. I was charged with a class IV Felony for theft. I was facing two to six years in prison and three years of mandatory parole. Mr. Sunness was able to get me an unsupervised deferred sentence for one year with no jail time, no supervised probation and no Useful Public Service. He really came through for me.
