I can recommend Dave without any reservations. There's a poor review of Dave on this site that's identical to reviews that I've seen for other attorneys. Don't believe it. I've employed Dave numerous times, for several different problems. He is HONEST, competent, knowledgeable, responsive, professional ...and a nice guy. His experience helped him quickly understand the scope of my cases, his demeanor helped quell a volatile situation and his knowledge brought favorable closure to my issues.
I hired this man to help me bring closure to a Trust in the wake of my mother's passing. This attorney was extremely unethical and unprofessional. He disappeared on vacation twice when I needed him and wouldn't stop billing after he was told to stop services, yet he was PAID IN FULL. It appears that he assisted opposing counsel in helping my career criminal brother hide the fact that he apparently stole $30,000 from my mother’s social security income before her passing. And this effort to assist in concealing a crime was all done at my expense. He submitted a $600 bill for services NOT requested to collections costing me 131 points on my credit score. And the only way he could have done that was with SS information provided to him by my ex who was sponsoring the services of the opposition (my career criminal brother). This attorney was not working for me. This attorney hurt me significantly during a extremely difficult time in my life.
