Bill is a trial lawyer focusing his practice on personal injury, negligence, and insurance bad faith cases. He has successfully obtained recoveries for individuals killed or injured in car or truck accidents, bicyclists hit by cars, and those injured by dangerous property conditions. Bill has been representing injured people since he began practicing law in 2005. He has developed courtroom expertise and experience that enable him to obtain just results for victims of negligence.

Bill enjoys the personal relationship that develops when working closely with a client to achieve the best outcome under the specific details of the situation. No two cases are the same. Each client deserves individual attention and a case plan tailored to the client’s needs and desires.

Bill is an avid cyclist and enjoys volunteering in support of local and regional bicycling in all forms. He has raced road and mountain bikes at the club level in the past, but these days he rides for fun, well-being, and transportation, often commuting to work by bike. He also enjoys hiking, snow sports, and camping.

Bill earned his law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Temple, he worked in legal clinical positions at the Philadelphia Public Defenders’ Office and the City of Philadelphia Solicitor’s Office. He also worked as a student assistant for two years, assisting a Temple Law professor with researching intellectual property, antitrust, and corporate law issues.

Prior to attending law school, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University
