Hired Attorney

Robert appears and performs as a veteran professional attorney that responds to every inquiry with extreme interest and is right at home in a courtroom environment. I represent a good number of attorneys as an expert witness in real estate standard of care and valuation protocol, and recommend Robert Petersen as a top choice when addressing client needs that need serious legal involvement.

Hired Attorney

Robert was very personal and considerate. He came out to my house since it was so difficult for me to get around at that time. When I ended up moving 175 miles away, Robert would drive all the way to my house and take me to any required appointments, depositions, etc. Robert went out of his way to help me in any way he could. He was supportive, positive, reassuring, kind and very considerate of everything I was having to go through from surgeries, etc. Everyone in the firm was always so nice.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
