Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. James of James & Associates, LLC, provided excellent and timely service. He resolved complicated matters that prior counsel was unable to either understand or resolve. His knowledge of corporate litigation and taxation was the key to resolving the case.
I hired Thomas Henry James on a very simple civil matter. He also talked me into giving him a second retainer "incase" my civil issue went to trial. I gave him EVERYTHING he needed to win the case, I did ALL the homework, took pictures, made videos, EVERYTHING he needed. In the end he refused to use anything. Hes lazy, takes bribes, and has zero dignity and does not have any respect or dedication to his clients. He stole $5,000 from me, hes a lazy, worthless alcoholic and I would recommend hiring a third grader before ever considering Thomas James. Any review that you may read that is good is clearly a crock and should not be taking into consideration. If somebody wants to contact me personally I would give them details.
Hired Thomas James on a cut and dry case. I didnt need him to win the case as I had all the evidence to do so, but needed him to represent me and do the paperwork. He convinced me to pay him double, in the event I needed him for another case. Never answered his phone, never called me back, when we finally got to court he refused to submit my evidence, said we didnt need it.....I lost because of that. When I told him I no longer needed his service, he took the rest of my retainer ($4,600.00) and sent me a receipt stating it cost me $4650 for a phone call (Ya, he wanted an additional $50) Needless to say was worthless, not to mention smelled like booze all the time. Youd be better off hiring a one eyed cat from the local pound.
