I feel some of these reviews are not even written by actual clients, but by people trying to hurt an mazing attorneys reputation. Alyssa Eisner is a beauty on the inside and on the outside, she knows how to advocate for her clients in a way most attorneys can never learn. Overall, great attorney with even greater results!!!!

Alyssa Eisner has represented my legal interests (in family and matrimonial law) for almost five years. She is bright, shrewd, attentive, ingenious, and has a deep understanding of the law and its practice. In court, Ms. Eisner has been punctual, professional, well-prepared, and a gifted rhetorician. She respects and is respected by her peers--opposing counsel(s) and jurist(s) alike. Ms. Eisner is a fierce advocate and an exceptional human being.

Her counsel bankrupted me and we never even went to trial. I went to Alyssa traumatized and vulnerable, similar to most people seeking a divorce attorney. After 5 long years, I paid her $130,000 and never even went to trial. I was left with no child support from an abusive ex-husband along with shared legal custody. She made countless mistakes on drafts of documents and engaged in an extremely adversarial dialogue with me when corrections needed to be made. I was so worn down and scared throughout the process, that I didn't protect myself against her. I should have switched counsel early on. Hindsight is 20-20. Aside from marrying my ex, hiring her was the biggest mistake of my life.

I recently filed a Complaint with the NY Bar against this atty for misconduct/coercion and possible bribery. Not only Alyssa Eisner was recently accused of corruption/bribery with few NY matrimonial judges from Queen Supreme Court in NY for favoring her Wealthy Clients (by a local NY newspaper). I was directly affected by her misconduct and abuse of "power", when from October to December 2024 Alyssa Eisner again represented her long time VERY WEALTHY CLIENT, R.S, this time in FL. Eisner is fully aware of the father's 100% abandonment for the last 7 years and non-compliance with his financial obligations pursuant to the parties' divorce agreement. Mainly atty Eisner knows Wealth and knows that she DOES NOT HAVE LAW LICENSE in FLorida, to exercise law in Florida! Yet she represented the Wealthy abusive father and tried to coerce me on her letter to lower father's child support and limit the children's relocation to 1 year in lieu of the WEALTHY father's consent to mother's relocation.

Money is more important than children and families to this woman. It is incredibly sad and I'm sure a hard existence for someone who places more value in a Louis Vuitton bag than that of a child. May G--d forgive her.

This has been a nightmare from day one. This woman Alyssa Eisner was referred by my best friend and has just taken me for a ride. She was hired to represent me and has done nothing to help me. All she cares about is her ego and dragging matters out to extort as much money as possible from her clients,. I have a court date right after 4th of July weekend and she has just abandoned me right before my court appearance. I paid her a large retainer just a few weeks ago and she is asking me for an additional 10k and we have never even seen a courtroom. She is rude and extremely arrogant. I am left with no representation and no more money days before my appearance. My only hope is to call the bar association and ask for help and at the very least file a complaint. I lost all my Money with this firm and am still at square one. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FIRM THEY INHUMANE VULTURES!!! I am worried about losing my child and she is using my emotions against me and refuses to show up in court

She is absolutely horrible. Did nothing for me but take my money. She is rude, unprofessional and overpriced. The worst decision I've ever made was to hire her and I paid for it dearly. Please dont make that mistake.

Does NOT listen to clients requests, WAY overpriced, & NOT AT ALL PROACTIVE!!
