Michael Jerman was supposed to help negotiate the $13000 dispute. He failed to come to any settlement amount and said that basically I have to pay them what ever they want. He also would charge me .10 hr for opening and reading my text, and a separate .10 hr responding to it. I’m am currently looking file a complaint against him for over charging. DO NOT use this person, he drags on conversations and over charges. He is a very dishonest person
