Hired Attorney Carol Fauerbach

My husband and I already had a Trust done years ago but needed to make a few updates. Carol Fauerbach returned our call in a timely manner. She was thorough, professional, clear in her communication, and she answered all our questions when we met in her office. In addition, her staff was pleasant to work with as well. Both, my husband and I, highly recommend her for estate planning. Hoping she will offer seminars in the future.

I did not feel that she was interested in helping me. Instead, she seemed to just want to take my money as fast as possible.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
