W. Donald Bolton, Jr., has been practicing law in Baldwin County for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in the areas of divorce, child custody, personal injury, and all criminal matters.

Kate Bolton Bonnici recently joined the firm. Ms. Bonnici is a graduate of Harvard University and New York University School of Law. She previously practiced law with firms in Los Angeles and Mobile, specializing in civil litigation and appellate advocacy.

Don Bolton is a very knowledgeable attorney that keep his client informed and up to date on all matters in whatever matter he is retained for. His fees are fair and he always gives one hundred and ten percent. I would not appear in a court room in Baldwin Co. Al. without hom at my side. I have used his services many times in the 25 plus years i have dealt with legal problems, both business and personal i give him 5 stars for service, value, and dependability. i am Thomas Waldrop owner STYX RIVER CANOE RENTAL

Hired Law Firm

My experience with Mr. Bolton was very disappointing. He expended $10k and never even scheduled mediation in my divorce case as ordered by the presiding Judge. He began my case with adequate attention but after a few months I felt like my case was relegated to the bottom of his stack. Many unanswered emails. Failed to file motions that I requested. He always had an excuse for his, in my opinion, poor performance.
