Mr. Swaim helped my family after both my father's and mother's death. He helped us probate the will and settle the estate. I do feel that he charged too much considering that there were no problems and thus very little that he had to do. He did keep in contact with us at all times and answered all our questions.
I received a letter from Mort swaim because one of his clients didn't want to pay me an amount that was already agreed on. I'm this letter it says if you don't agree to contact him, which I did immediately! I emailed over and over and called the office many times. The nice ladies working there would call me back but they are only allowed to say so much, but also claimed he would get in contact with me. HE NEVER HAS! NOT ONCE! AND THAT OFFICE ALSO CLAIMED THEY WEREN'T EVEN GOING TO REPRESENT THE PERSON BC THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN A FAMILY FEUD THEY KNEW WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE.. THANKS A LOT FOR GETTING ME RIPPED OFF! AND ALLOWING YOUR CLIENT TO CHANGE THE AMOUNTS THAT WERE WROTE DOWN IN THE TRUST AND SHE WASN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO GET MONEY FROM IT AND YOU KNEW THAT! GREAT JOB!
