Jessica exudes a level of confidence and strength that will leave you feeling secured and protected throughout the whole process of your divorce. Right from our initial consultation, I knew I was in the best hands. I had a significantly complex situation and was able to sit back while she did the work to achieve all my desired results. Divorce is typically a nerve wracking and harrowing experience, especially when children are involved. I have been working with Jessica for 2 years. During this time period I have had Court Orders, Mediation, and a Plenary Hearing. Throughout this stressful ordeal I have found Jessica and the Weinberger Law Group to be supportive, punctual and compassionate for my cause. I have found Jessica to be quick-thinking and to act as an incredible strategist with my matter, along with having sympathy for my emotional being and matters relating to my children. Jessica is also an excellent writer.

Incredibly poor communicator, she only uses emails and took more than 10 business days to answer one. She left it all to me to do the negotiation with the opposing lawyer in a 4-way conference. Rarely provided any thinking outside of the box. I can't stress enough how hard is it to deal with Jessica, how many excuses she uses for not getting back to you including the usual "I'm in court". Please save your money (a lot of money) time and mostly headache with Jessica.

She did nothing. I needed one document prepared and she ignored me for two months. She kept telling me I am busy on another case I will do it when I can. After waiting two months I did the document myself.
