Jack N. Frost, Jr. focuses his practice on products liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation. As a skilled litigator and trial attorney, Jack serves as national, regional, and local counsel, coordinating the defense and trial of cases for Fortune 500 companies, business leaders, and small enterprises alike. His practice spans domestic and international manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, particularly defending against claims related to talc, asbestos, drug, and other chemical or mass-tort injuries.

Jack’s core clients consist of domestic and international manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and supply/retail companies against claims of talc, asbestos, drug, and other chemical and mass-tort-related injuries.
With a trial focus on the eastern seaboard, Florida, Illinois, and California, Jack also brings territory-specific trial insights to his cases, having defended and tried cases in multiple states.

Jack represents and counsels clients, especially charter school borrowers, with respect to nontraditional and traditional financings, including:

Over the past decade, Jack has carved out a healthy trust, probate, and conservatorship litigation practice, handling:
