Bhavani Rayaprolu has been preparing and prosecuting patent applications for high-tech companies, including Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, and educational institutions since 2005. Her fields of expertise include software, telecom, semiconductors, medical devices, electrical arts and business methods. In the software field, she has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in different areas, including operating systems, databases, applications, user interfaces and Internet related technologies.

Prior to entering the patent field, Bhavani was a software programmer and a lecturer in Physics. She earned vendor certifications on various programming platforms and developed financial applications at a major financial institution. She also taught Physics for several years at various levels including graduate and undergraduate levels. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
