I retained Mrs. Hopkins August of 2011,during this time I had several problems with communicating with her as she rarely returned calls, letters were constantly mailed to wrong addresses which caused many delays in my case. Several times she threatened drop her legal representation of my file but then immediately would state "lets start from the beginning, this included attending a mediation at which time she told me she would not represent me . I eventually had to hire other legal counsel.
