Hired Attorney

Who is she? I couldn't tell you. She has never talked to me, never met me. I asked her to show her authority. She goes silent. She is also in a shared office with Heath Trousdale the city prosecutor that seems to know nothing when it's convenient. I also has reason to believe they are reading each email.I have sent together. Heath had the audacity to call me "one of those sovereign citizens" to my face. And after I asked him what that was. He replies I know you are by reading your emails. Funny he even understood any of it to respond cause he tried to insult my email as if it had no solid meaning to it. I would ask anyone to do their own research before getting any atty. I would probably be my own atty before ever taking an appointed lawyer that seems only to be interested in the money the state or city will pay cause I have no payments for any of them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
