Hired Attorney Mr. Randy Whitten

Due to the sensitive nature of bankruptcy and the fact that it was an extremely difficult decision to make, I felt horrible about the whole issue. Randy Whitten was very thorough, reassuring and competent. He saw me thru a difficult time without making me feel like I was a failure.

Hired Attorney Mr. Randy Whitten

Hired Randy to handle family estate probate when my father passed away and from the very beginning he showed pure lack of capacity to represent me through his screwups , from failing to notify heirs to absolutely failing to respond to other lawyers motions to contest , never once once did he competently execute any legal actions. Never informed me of any challenges to the estate and failure to attend any court proceedings that consisted of lawyers and told me not to come . Hired an out of area lawyer and after he read some papers, he said in all of his 30yrs of law experience he’s never saw such a lack of basic understanding of law. I absolutely can and will provide anyone interested in seeing my proof of discovery and have attain out of state lawyer firm to go after Randy for legal malpractice

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
