Hired Attorney Sonja Markwart

We were pleasantly surprised how responsive Sonja was to any inquiry we had regarding establishing our trust. She was very willing to accommodate any request we had and answered all questions promptly.

Should have gone elsewhere. Spent all the money I had with still no resolution, and she does not follow up.

I retained her 2 years ago for a child support case. She made a mistake on the paperwork, neglected to fill out a section of the USO, so I now have to re-file for a new case. She never responded to phone calls or emails.

Unfortunately you do not have a low enough scale for me to honestly rate my experience with sonja. She gave us a song and dance about how she became a lawyer to help people in need like her grandmother. Since we needed a living trust for our disabled son, we thought she was the right choice. Boy were we wrong! She was fin until she was paid! After that only one communication in 7 months. I'm sure glad my wife and I didn't die before we finally received the documents.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
