I hired this attorney awhile back and he was a disaster. He is very slow and ofter times called me someone elses' name. He missed the first hearing and it upset the judge. He rarely returned my phone calls and the result was dramatically different that what he told me. I would shop around cause I think he is more concerned with making money than doing his job
I hired Richard Ebbott based upon a recommendation from someone at work. It was a simple divorce and Richard Ebbott said no problem I do these all the time. He then promised me a big settlement but it never happened. In fact I ended up having to pay my x husband almost everything I had at the time. And my x got custody of the kids. I was so disappointed and I would not recommend him
I met attorney Ebbott a few years ago. He told me everything I needed to hear up front and he is very convincing. It was a simple contract matter he said he could settle quickly. Boy oh boy after I paid him he just disappeared. I met him in court and the judge threw the case out and said I owed over $199,000 dollars. I was shocked. I called Richard several times over the next 6 months and he never returned my call. I was shocked and I am very disappointed with the service I received.
