Jill Creech-Bauer provided great advise on my custody case. She was always willing to go out of her way to help me with my case. She was very timely in returning calls and emails. She is very honest too. I had a lawyer before that I paid a few thousand dollars to retain and never saw a cent back. Jill gave me a refund for the monies that I did not use for my case. That is awesome. I would highly recommend her. I had a great experience with her as my attorney.
Jill was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the fact that after our initial meeting she left me alone to make this painful decision. She had given me the facts, information and paperwork to proceed if I decided to. She did not
pester me for a quick answer.
The receptionist is not very truthful when she relays messages. I have called several times and asked for a return call asap. And I would get a call back a week later if I was lucky. They have attorneys that don't know what they are doing. Take your money else where.
Unfortunately this Law Firm dropped the ball and left me hanging.
