Belzer handled my father’s legal affairs for 40 plus years & he only praised him. Dad passed recently and Mr Belzer was most helpful cleaning up the affairs. I would not hesitate to call on him if the need arises.
He will talk down to you like you're an idiot. This man is all about 2 things: Making money and taking advantage of vulnerable people. BEWARE THIS MAN IS CREEPY! I'm surprised he hasn't been imprisoned yet for sexual harassment. LOCK HIM UP.
Didn’t look at video evidence of abuse/neglect before telling me; “this is really hard to prove and not a fight you want” like…. Watch the videos and see if I have a choice… then advocated for mine and my daughters abuser… not compassionate, not understanding, only worries if he will make money(all he referenced throughout his speach; not the law or my kids or even my abuse/feelings.) said it was nitpicky for a victim to ask for assurances in divorce agreement in a room with my abuser as my abuser belittled and gas lit me. If your ND in any way stay away. He will gaslight you more and always assume you’re lying or embellishing when you’re actually playing it down due to shame or embarrassment.

Jack was the worse attorney I had. first off he promised things on the first visit and then after you pay his huge amount of retainer every other visit was ”that doesn’t matter”. then he charges fees that even the judge says “no need for the attorneys to prepare the paperwork”, yup $800 later. He does not do what you ask, he has his own agendas. He doesn’t follow through with what he says he will. he is a waste of money DO NOT hire him. he is a very bad attorney. He do
