Do not trust this guy! He put me in the worst possible post divorce position ever. Two years after my divorce my narcissistic ex wife still controls my Facebook and Chuck not only let her and her attorney get away with a planned attack that allowed her to steal my home, belongings and dog. I wouldn't recommend him for dog catcher.
Hard to get ahold of after you pay him. He doesn’t sit down with you and talk about the case you just show up on court date and he goes from there didn’t like that. All around I’d just stay away from hiring him.
Don't trust this guy, as soon as I paid him he was unavailable and didn't show up on meditation. He made me to loose my case and a lots of money. .............................................................................
Worst lawyer ever. Not sure how this guy is still in business. I started out with him. Within a few weeks, I had to fire him. My ex-wife’s lawyer was best friends with him. He asked if it was gonna be a problem. I asked him if it was gonna be a problem and he said no. He figured since he was best friends with my ex-wife lawyer, he didn’t have to show up. I think he showed up once to court in multiple court hearings. Absolutely no guidance, came to court hung over a few times, tried to talk me into pleading guilty, and I wasn’t. To make a long story short I fired him and got a better attorney and won. I definitely was not gonna win with him. He took me for about $4500. As far as I’m concerned, he owes me $4500. One day I’ll get my money back.
He is a scam. Not answering the phone calls or emails. Every time I call receptionist says he’s not in the office. I’ve heard he is about to get disbarred because of his unprofessional behavior. Don’t wast your time with this guy.
After what happened, I’ve heard he’s doing it to all of his female clients, just using their desperation to get close to them. It’s very disappointing for our country that a sick person like him can does that to people without getting caught.
He is very weak and just acting that he knows everything. Hire him and just lose your money and TIME.
