Atty Segel took my case, sent several letters stating that I had hearings scheduled with w/c court knowing that nothing had been filed or scheduled. He was out of the office for 6 months+ on sick leave back issues. During that time his secretary Trish would take my messages and pretend that Mr. Segel was working when actually she knew he was not working on mine or anyone else's cases office or court. Because of the scam Mr. Segel left me vulnerable to losing the ability to file a claim
Attorney Mark Grayell was the POS lawyer who was handling my case first of all he told me for two years that the drunk that hit me didn’t have any insurance… so 2 years later .. 1 week before I was suppose to receive my settlement.. mind you my settlement was 60k walked away with 34k… he informed me that the guy DID in fact have insurance BUT insurance company gave me a 20k check … So I go to pick up my 20k check and I seen they took ANOTHER lawyer fee out of what was suppose to be MY MONEY from the insurance company.. the guys had. He didn’t do anything this whole case, wasn’t communicating with me regularly I had to call him to see what was going on! Would not recommend.. Looks like a bunch of meth monkeys that run this place
