I would highly recommend Jay Clothier to anyone. He has represented me numerous times throughout a long OWI process. There were so many intricate details that Jay made so easy for me to do. Listen to him and he will confidently get you the best deal possible. I should have been charged for a third OWI and he was able to get the judge to drop it to a second. That was such a blessing for me and I’m so grateful Jay was the one representing me. If you’re shopping around for lawyers, he’s the best of the best.

This guy is the absolutely best attorney I have ever met. He defended my girlfriend against some BS charges and was very very aggressive and proactive in getting a just outcome for us. Absolute street fighter, cursed a lot (funny!) and fought tooth and nail to get the charges dropped and he was successful. I was looking at a 3rd DUI jail time and a felony. Jay worked his magic and got it reduced. I am still working fulltime with no felony no jail time and im in sobriety court working on getting my license back. I dont know how he managed but worked a miracle! He also was the best option for me money wise. Thank you Jay for helping me.

Jeff is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. At first he would answer calls and texts, but after he was retained all communication ceased. His office will not answer if they recognize your number. He will only respond to texts regarding payment. Jeff provides no updates, does not meet with his client, and continuously requests delays in court because he is not prepared. He is totally unprofessional and lacks regard for anyone but himself. Stay away! He is running for a judgeship. God help us all if that happens!

Paid money and still didnt help with any of the issues. If he felt their was nothing he could do for the case, he should of been upfront about it. We learned our lesson and that's why we stop paying. He didn't resolving anything that "he claim" he would....nothing at all. Why keep paying money to someone who hasn't done anything to help with the case or someone who is never available and lack communication with clients! Very disappointed in how things were handle.

Do not hire this clown. In fact, if you take the time to seek council from him find out who the opposing council is and pay them the retainer. They end up doing all the work while he is off ignoring his client. Buyer beware with this pompous windbag. But hey, I hear his brother is a good one!
