Hired Attorney Mr. Daniel B. Kaiser

Dan represented me when I was in college and I’ll always feel indebted to him. He fought, got me a good outcome, the fee was modest, and I may not have had a second chance without him. He communicated regularly, was always professional.

Ms Wilson was the attorney for this case. She displayed no interest in defending my case. Ms Wilson changed the retainer fee on the legal agreement document by crossing out the original fee and hand writing in a higher fee without notifying me... Ms Wilson did not communicate with me and Ms Wilson did not prepare for the hearing. Ms Wilson sided with the petitioner and let her emotions and personal feelings guide her unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend Ms Wilson for any legal mat

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
