Byron Middlebrook is a jack of all trades and a master of none. His negotiation/mediation skills are negligible and if negotiation/mediation doesn't go his way he screams and yells like a petulant child. His court room demeanor is better suited for a jury because his court antics don't get much value with the judge. Pray that your spouse picks this guy for divorce and then never agree to his mediation deals unless you agree with it. This guy will always ask for the maximum for his client regardless of whether it is fair or equitable. Just ignore his offers and go straight to trial. You will fair much better in front of a job than accepting his offers.
