Please do NOT hire Cody. I worked in his office. He lies and over charges. Depending on who you are (prominent person or other); and/or who you know in Indiana, etc., is how he charges his clients. Additionally, I would put files on his desk to prepare for Court hearings. When I checked back to see if he needed copies or anything to finish preparing - he was shopping on his computer and/or playing the stock market. I had words with him about this - because he billed the client for hearing preparation. He said this was his office and he did not need to prepare - he knows the case. This happened several times. Further, he was always late - for appointments, hearings and meetings. Needless to say, his success rate for clients was dismal. He should NOT be practicing law.
