Hired Attorney

Greg listens to my concerns and returns my phone calls in a timely manner now. There was a period of time when he was not available due to a "big" trial. This was disconcerting to me as I felt my case was not important enough to grab his attention. I feel that if he is able to give that amount of work to someone else, then I should get the same amount of attention. I think, at this time, since the other trial has ended, that he will give my case his attention.

Hired Attorney

Gregory Dutch refused to challenge a battery claim with self defense, lied about it being a possible defense, claimed the State could admit hearsay testimony though a police officer (indicating that he would not challenge it), and coached a plea that district attorney Timothy Verhoff then modified to felony severity. My case is one that highlights substantial failures of governance and individual character.
