Hired Attorney

I live out of state and used this website to locate an atty. I contacted Mr. Schweinler on a Thursday regarding a bogus protection order that was filed in WA against my son who also lives out of state. He spoke with me that day, had all the paperwork completed by Friday. Both him and his assistant, Rebecca, were prompt on their communication, very understanding and knowledgeable on the topic.

Hired Attorney

Roger's legal experience and understanding of law are extensive. He is also cheerful, steadfast and reliable. I had trusted my ex husband to grant me a small portion of his pension. When our two children were young, we had agreed I could stay home. During that time, I did not contribute to a pension of my own. Almost a year after our divorce, I lost faith my ex was taking action. I contacted Roger Schweinler and he helped me correct the inequity of my original divorce settlement.
