HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I don't often write reviews but I am compelled to do so after my experience with Lutz & Associates P.C. I sought assistance with an order for visitation with my daughter. I had a consultation which lasted 15-20 minutes over the phone. I was charged $185 for this consultation and "New Client Setup." I primarily spoke with an assistant who communicated with me via email. Not including "Thank you!" or "Confirmed" emails, I sent a total of two(2) emails to the paralegal. The paralegal sent a total of three (3) substantive emails one of which had a typographical error. The firm did not file any petitions nor did they mail any correspondence to my ex(one of the brief emails was sent to her). The firm did not have to go to court and there were no in person meetings, there was no case law research or statutory report done. Nonetheless, this firm found a way to charge me over one thousand dollars for these emails, none of which consisted of more than four(4) sentences.

It seems that Lutz and Associates took down my negative review. Google allows it. I got totally screwed. Andrew Voelker is not an Attorney you want if you are a guy seeking divorce. He does Pro Bono work for women claiming domestic violence. He was not at all prepared and showed his inexperience at trial. His trial brief was not at all what was discussed prior to trial. He went to trial without any professional valuation for pensions. The judge refused to rule on pensions because of it. Andrew even asked the judge to do the valuation. Really? Andrew did not challenge anything presented by opposing attorney. He even told my during a recess that I would not get anything asked for even before my testimony. He just seemed to sell me out after taking a lot of my money. Andrew rarely responded to my emails or phone calls. Very frustrating considering all the money he was charging. Very few negative reviews found. Mostly positive reviews that could be phony.

If you are into screwing your spouse over- David is your man...he asked for 100% of the property plus 1/2 401K after 25 years of marriage, and after my spouse died, he wouldn't sign of on a dissolution of divorce, and forced me to retain attorney to file for dissoltion

Worst lawyer I ever have known. Was only interested in getting my money. Dropped me weeks before trial. If my x would have had him I would have everything I asked for and more.
