Hired Attorney

Tom Drake is way past his prime. His strategy now is to coast - go along with whatever the other side wants and charge a lot of money to do it. He cannot put together all the facts of a case to create a defense. His writing is even shaky.

The biggest problem in this country is that the very people who are guardians of law generally are the most disrespectful to law. Showing a vast disregard to law and then depraved indifference toward law are two of the strongest characteristics of Thomas Drake. He personally oversaw a case where fraudulent Behavior occurred he not only looked the other way it seems as though he may have been part of the criminal act When he was notified of forged documents that occurred by a party he was representing he did nothing he said nothing and he still acted upon the fraudulent information towards a desired outcome that would financially benefit him. He actually told somebody one time that they needed to prove they were innocent in order for him to leave them alone. Showing a total disregard for due process and the laws he is charged with upholding as an officer of the Court. Unfortunately I found that anybody who decides to hire Tom Drake is most assuredly going to have to hire another lawye
