Howard Elliott has represented me in 3 or 4 different cases and has won everyone ! I referred him to my son and Howard won that case ! My son's best friend was going through a divorce and retained Howard , who also won his case . I will use Howard Elliott for any legal process that would require an attorney . He may not have been on O.J.'s Dream Team but he should have been , as he's that good !
Working with Mr. Howard Elliott has been a great experience I was young at the time and though I was young he was doing his job I did admit that I was wrong so I did the time but he was very professional, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. It has been 33 yrs ago and time has gone and went by and I have not been in trouble sending so now I'm planning to have my record expunged God's will be done. I will say this, we cannot live in the past, but we can always move forward into the future for a better life ahead.
He is able to handle all my issues.
Worked with this lawyer some time ago. He seemed to not remember the whole story when talking to me. Even though it was all gone through more than once. He wasn’t very sure about winning a case. The money I spent was way too much.
Mr. Howard embarrassed me in court. He had my case settled in a earlier hearing but failed to stress there was a very small time window to get him back signed paperwork (first emailed) or the fact that it needed to be original docs to be mailed to him. To add insult to injury he ended up regular mailing the docs also after his office got them which never made it on time before a court date that was set subsequently. This mistake on his part had us both in court where he was so disrespectful and belligerent to me in and outside the courtroom that a courtroom bailiff was asked to wait with me as we waited at the clerks desk. Had Mr. Howard not been stopped i'm not even sure if he wouldn't have went as far as to transition from a verbal beatdown to physical. I'm really disappointed in his conduct as a 'professional' that someone has to pay to represent them and their interest. Definitely could benefit from anger management.
He will literally fall asleep in court. He will forget everything you tell him about your case and tell you that you never told him. He will make you feel like the biggest inconvenience that ever happened to him. Be sure to triple check his billing books.. they’re fictional. Best sellers.
Gave this "lawyer " 3k to bring a case to court. Received one letter saying that I would be hearing from the other party soon. That was 4 years ago. Never heard anything from anybody. Save your and go money and get somebody else
Howard elliot did NOT properly represent me and gave away my children to my ex husband. He told me I had to sign papers giving him custody, I never saw a judge, i never saw the inside of a court room, I have half the mind to make a bar complaint, however it was in 2004 and the following few years so I may be too late. DO NOT USE THIS MSN FOR FAMILY COURT. He literally put my kids with their father and allowed them to be physically and mentally abused for their entire childhood and they grew up alienated from their mother, so that HE didn't have to do his job. He took advantage of my age and inexperience, and MY 3 CHILDREN PAID FOR IT!!
Worked with him years ago. It felt like he was working for the other party and not me. When pressed on issues, he literally recommended I "off" the other people in front of my mother and grandmother, while in the courthouse. I tried reporting him to the Bar Association and they refused to do anything about it. Huge waste of money and he will talk down to you on everything. I'm glad I fired him before I lost custody of my son.
Doesn’t care about clients, told my brother “ yeah let me just drop all my other cases and only focus on you” when asked to view his discovery papers, which have been requested multiple times in the 4 months since being arrested. These are people lives and they are being treated like a joke!
