I agree with another poster - Mr. Mihalik made promises to me that he did not keep. Mr. Mihalik was very laid back with handling my case, he was not making moves he was simply reacting to the prosecutor. Mr. Mihalik has one main goal - plea deal. Mr Mihalik is affordable but the service, even at the price point, was simply not worth it. I hope Mr. Mihalik retires soon, it’s clear he’s not the lawyer he once was.

Hired Law Firm

I hired him for divorce case. He was not organized, and was not strong on defense, didn't Want the court room. After two years, I changed lawyers. He made promises he didn't keep.
