. As the defendant ,Mike took my rather complex domestic case . Providing little information and turning in important paperwork late.. Mike took the reigns anyway. He has a keen since of injustice. After 30 minuets in Court. The judge dismissed the Case! What a Victory Mike is a truly brilliant lawyer.
My attorney is Mr. Thomas Roe, and has been for several years. He has helped me tremendously. He is very reputable, straight forward and cut's to the chase. Mr. Clay was outstanding. He handled our case with great professionalism. He was honest, open and was simply outstanding. I would recommend his firm to anyone at any time.
Doesn’t care about you or the outcome of your case as long as he gets his check from the courts. Claims he’s a godly man but in my experience with him he wants to judge and not help, not very Christian to me. He “represented” me and never once asked or heard my side of the case.
Mike took my case & my money. I paid him to represent ME. However, when it came time for actual court, all Mike wanted to do is 'negotiate - out of the courtroom.' Beware, if you are hiring Mike to represent YOU, he will say all the right things to your face, ....and then sell-you-out. As a result: the other side will naturally know the threat of "court' with Mr. Massey is a joke, and they'll do whatever they want. *Then he will take more of your $ to uphold the 'negotiated' settlement..
didn't do anything but deal away my rights as a parent
My dealings were with Mr. Clay only. I had a legal document that had to be revised three times and was still not what I had agreed to. It was overnight mailed to respondent two weeks later than mutually agreed to date, and document was still wrong.
Thomas Roe was appointed GAL for our case and proceeded to intimidate the children, my wife and disrespect me. He was arrogant, and disregarded anyone's opinion other than his own.
He was the sole cause of our losing our case and we are going to report him to the Virginia Bar for malpractice.
We strongly advise anyone planning on using his services to steer clear of this individual as he lied to both my wife and I and was derelict in his duties as a GAL.
If we could sue him we would.
Found this firm to be unethical. They were willing to represent me when they have represented the other party in the past. Conflict of interest. Tom Roe was very disrespectful and arrogant.
