I was somewhat disappointed in that whenever I called I always had to talk to his associates and did not feel that he really did anything with my case except show up for court. Other times I dealt with his staff. They were very helpful and got the job done.

He said I qualified for Chapter 7, then right before my bankruptcy hearing he told me to lie about my expenses. I regret it, but I did. I I had already taken the bankruptcy classes and he said I should just go through with it.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
