Pat M. Fraley, Attorney at Law

Pat Fraley started out strong with a lot of promises and talk but never delivered. I was second guessing her after the first month but I had hoped she was professional and knowledgeable and I was just nervous. Well during my trial my gut that was telling me to run was right. Pat did absolutely nothing to defend me in trial and was completely unprepared with no evidence, witnesses or notes. She got dates wrong and used her time during cross examination to ask basic and worthless questions. I cannot warn you enough that if you do choose to use her as an attorney you are gambling with everything and she will deliver nothing. I highly recommend seeking someone who is not rude and actually cares about defending you and not just the money she will drain you of.

Pat Fraley did absolutely nothing to prepare for my case which had been awaiting trial for over a year. She didn’t bother getting medical records or having any evidence or witnesses whatsoever even after I had repeatedly brought up my concerns. I against my better judgment thought she had a plan but when court started and she messed up the opening statement and got dates wrong I knew I was in trouble. I was not defended or represented in the manner Pat had portrayed prior to trial. I was left alone being cross examined for over four hours and statements with zero facts or evidence being used against me while Pat sat there and tried to scramble some notes together when she realized she was severely unprepared. The only trial prep I received was “say yes, no, I don’t know and don’t talk too much because the judge doesn’t want to hear a bunch of gobbledy goop”. Complete failure on her part and the worst part was after the trial she pouted and just went home with no communication.

Very rude as stated by other reviewers. My main issue was the lack of effort Mrs. Fraley put into my trial. I supplied daily detailed notes for over a year that were not used to support me during the trial yet I was billed for. No evidence or witnesses were used even though I had strongly suggested we do but I trusted Pat which was a huge mistake. Documents that I provided to Pat were left out of the trial (in error I am assuming) and were used against me in court and hurt my case as Pat did not speak up once on my behalf regarding the missing documents. Pat ended up leaving me before the final court order could be signed leaving me to find another attorney who also had the same questions and concerns I did about my attorney and her lack of effort. I do not want anyone to go through what I had to go through so I strongly suggest finding an attorney that at minimum has a computer in her office and knows what PayPal is.
