Hired Attorney

Takes 3 months or more just to get a title search back on a property. Other lawyers only take a few weeks. Please don’t complain though or you will be talked down too by the admin Mandy even though she says multiple times the title search company they use won’t answer the phone , and she is over worked which is the reason for the delay.
