Ms hatley lied and had my town moved on paper to win a case. She then withheld evidence that would not look good for her client. She has lied about jurisdictions three times ans judge Hasty let's her get away with it. She knew I had cancer and instead of doing zoom she rushed the case.

Poor communication, runaround with explanations or reasonings, deceitful at face. No notifications, no responses appropriate for emails, already canceled on face-to-face appointments and phone appointments.. a terrible firm.

I am writing this review in regards to a child custody modification case. I retained Angela Hatley as an attorney in April 2019. We maintained a client/attorney relationship for 18 months, over the period of 18 months, I received multiple continuances and my request for better communication was met with an disdain and contentment. Angela, was disorganized and lazy when it came to preparation and always operated in a reactive mode. After she consented to a Special Sessions request "which she was against initially" I was at wits ends. I showed up to court and heard Angela Hatley tell the judge that she could not provide a date for the special sessions after the judge told her the calendar was open. In addition to this incident, she refused to send out Faxes for me and often times sent me Motions to review with egregious errors and omissions. Simply not worth the time or money for this lawyer.

DO NOT USE It took her over 20 months to get permanent child support and 9 months to get temporary child support. She also promised to get defendant to pay lawyer fees. Instead of finishing her job like it stated in contract. She went behind our back and filed a motion to withdraw as our attorney.
