This lawyer was very prompt and did everything just as he said he would do.
As the seller I did not feel like I was kept in the loop about delays or problems. The closing statement was incorrect which I pointed out and proceeds were dispersed on the incorrect numbers. When I called about getting an additional charge of $15 for the second wire they said the checks were already cut. I failed to see how that was my problem. She asked if I wanted them to mail me a check for $15?? I explained it wasn't about the money and she cut me off and said she would mail a check.
