I hired this atty for the reason of changing my daughters last name. Being that she was born in SC, the office was supposed to file for the change in birth certificate, which was never followed up on. The result is that I have to travel all the way back to SC to provide my court papers to prove the legal name change...my only complaint is that the office didn't follow through with their job...also wasn't the most pleasant person to communicate with.

Before you become a client and pay in full, they are fast to respond. But once you pay...they take their sweet time on your case and YOU have to call them to get any updates or any info. Personnel that work there, i don't think they know their job, tell you one thing and then a different. I would definitely pass on them.

Rarely returns calls, billing errors were made numerous times, billed for calls never made, on more than one occasion I showed up for a court date only to find out (by my ex's atty) that it had been rescheduled. Will NOT do anything more than the bare minimum. If all you need is an affordable lawyer to navigate the court systems I suppose he would be okay for that. But if you need someone to really fight for you and defend against the opposition, he is TERRIBLE.

Don’t waste your time or money with this guy, total incompetent person, Don’t respond his portal he says it’s to better communicate between client/ lawyer, in our second court date he didn’t even knew I had uploaded some stuff for him to use at court, mix up dates but the worse was that he agreed to stuff I have never mention or talked about, don’t upload the bill until two weeks after I fired him and ask him for the return of any retainer fee, we did everything for him, he did nothing at all.
